Our Process
1. CONSULT
We’re all ears! Our Designer, Ida, will come to your home for a renovation consultation to discuss thoughts, ideas, wishes, budgets and time frames.
We want to understand exactly what you want to achieve in your home and the reasons for your renovation. So we listen carefully to your requirements, and ask questions to ensure we understand exactly what you are looking for, what is important to you and why.
Once we have worked with you on an initial concept, Reno+Co. will provide estimates based on average costs. So you can start making decisions on what your budget can include. A good design process is key to a successful project.
2. DESIGN
Once your concept and budget is established, the next step is to translate your requirements into an architectural design and investigate the feasibility of what you would like to build and also apply to the local council as needed.
A detailed project cost and contract can now be drafted based on the specifications of your project. This will take account of the engineering, structural, design and aesthetic decisions you have made.
Depending on your budget, our designer may need to work further with you to refine the cost by making modifications to the design until your budget and the drawings are perfectly matched.
3. BUILD
Finally the fun begins as we bring your renovation dreams to life.
Our project manager, Adam will be your one point of contact throughout the entire project, who briefs the team, schedules and manages their activity. Renovating is a multi-layered process, and trades need to be carefully scheduled to keep the job moving forward smoothly.
So, Adam will ensure quality control at each stage and keep you up to date and informed until your renovation is complete. Reno+Co. will ensure that all Council and Building compliance is completed and you have the necessary documentation.

Before our initial consultation, we will send you our detailed renovation guide and questionnaire which asks a few standard questions. This will provide us with a greater understanding of your needs and ensures that we are the best fit for your renovation project.
