The new owners contacted us as they were ready to build the home of their dreams, an architecturally-designed new build, located in the middle of paradise.

After scouring the real estate for months, they came across a magical site with a breathtaking ocean view.  The fact that the site had an existing home on it didn’t faze them at all, they just got to designing and left the demolition and removal to us.

Working in with the architect right from the beginning allowed us to work through all the various council requirements that a site like this need.  Slope, storm water run-off, traffic management, accesses to the site just to name a few challenges we had with this site.

Delivering a rare mix of space, tranquillity and upscale decor such as sprawling light filled interiors which flow over three levels with multiple open plan living areas, this stunning home deign offered an abundance of space and privacy for the extended family.

Features such as a contemporary kitchen, two sleek bathrooms and several bright and spacious bedrooms further enhance the spacious layout.

Sheltered alfresco areas enjoy panoramic ocean views while oversized feature windows capitalise on natural light.

The build was a huge success in every way, leaving both the owners and Reno+Co very proud of this home.
